We had a wonderful stay at this lovely place in Patagonia. the location is very convenient, just a short walk from the bus station. the room was clean and comfortable, with a private bathroom. Mauricio, our host, was extremely helpful and responsive, speaking English fluently. the wifi was reliable, which was a bonus.

The communication issue we encountered, but I believe they are working on improving it.

the owner, Mauricio, was incredibly hospitable and spoke excellent English. the room felt like a hotel, with its spacious and clean layout. the decor was stylish and the beds were comfortable. the private bathroom was a highlight, with a fantastic hot shower. the location was convenient, only ten minutes away from the main street. the overall value for money was exceptional, making it one of the best places I stayed at in Chile. the heating system was also great, ensuring a warm and cozy stay.

For dads, it would be great to have a designated play area for the kids.

Maromava Patagonia provided great value for our money with clean, comfortable, and warm rooms. The location was convenient, close to the bus station, and within walking distance of a terrific bakery. The staff, especially Mauricio and Rosa, were friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to our requests. The wifi was the best we had during our entire trip in Chile.

The hotel breakfast menu could benefit from having a small table and chairs for guests to enjoy a simple meal or write. Adding a microwave would be a luxury touch that would enhance the experience without increasing the price.

The private room at Maromava Patagonia had its own entrance, giving me a sense of independence and privacy. The room was cozy and comfortable, making me feel right at home. I loved having access to free WiFi and cable TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.

Personally, I found the WiFi signal a bit weak at times, but others may not mind.

I had a wonderful cozy stay at Maromava in Puerto Natales during the winter. The room was clean and comfortable with a lovely bathroom and good hot water supply. The hosts were terrific and provided superb service, even driving us to our tour meeting location on a rainy day. The location was great, within walking distance of restaurants and the main square, with a convenient taxi stand nearby. excellent value for money and one of the best places I stayed in during my time in Chile. Great heating and wifi too!
